Capital Region Indivisible is an all volunteer citizen action group dedicated to civic education and participation, and ensuring that our true American values of justice, fairness, equality, opportunity, and compassion are prioritized in a genuinely representative and forward-thinking government.

 

It was created out of the partnership and then merging of three local groups, Indivisible Action PA - 4th District, Rising Fourth, and Susquehanna River Indivisible, that were each formed under the "old" 4th Congressional District.  Our focus is to serve this “capital region” of the newly redistricted 10th Congressional District, consisting of the eastern half of Cumberland County, the northern tier of York County, and the greater Harrisburg metropolitan and suburban areas.  

We plan to partner with our sister groups, Indivisible York, Hershey Indivisible Team, and Cumberland Valley Rising, and all other progressive like-minded citizen action groups representing other areas within our new district and together form a broad and coordinated coalition of active and involved citizens.
